بدأ عرض الموسم الثاني في الولايات المتحدة وكندا في 21 أغسطس 2006. تدور القصة حول الأحداث بعد ثمان ساعات بعد الهروب من السجن، وتركز على الهاربين. المزيد من الشخصيات ظهرت في المسلسل من بينهم العميل الماكر ألكساندر ماهون (ويليام فيكتنر) والذي عين لمهمة تتبع وإلقاء القبض على الهاربين الثمانية.
